Reconcile!

Ignore the title that was just a line from this new song I'm sharing. It's Typecast's new single "This Kind of Silence" off their new album How Your Influence Betrays You. Personally, I love the new stuff from the album, they continue to deliver their own brand of "emo" music.

Typecast - This Kind of Silence

I feel like dancing and having fun

After my series of melancholic post-rock posts, here's a track from the band Passion Pit called Little Secrets. It's all dance-y and happy which I hope will brighten up your day like it did mine.

P.S.

Don't be put off by the vocalist's singing voice. I find it refreshing and complementary to the band's happy sound. Give him a chance haha

Melancholy 1

This melancholic track is brought to you by Mogwai.

Mogwai - Take Me Somewhere Nice

No need for words 1

Here's an instrumental track from Begin entitled Jam Balls. I know the title is weird but its such a great song. Its' featured on the Loaded Dervish longboard's video.

Begin - Jam Balls

Japanese post-rock/shoegaze finds :)

Alrighty, so here are some choice tracks from two of my favorite Japanese Post-rock bands, toe and te'. Both are a pleasure to listen to as each band plays so passionately, toe tends to be more melodic and easier on the ears while te' assaults the listener with a wall of sound. Enjoy!

toe - past and language

te' - 如何に強大な精神や力といえども知性なくしては『無』に等しい。

Welcome!

It's new, so, YAY!

Stay tuned for our posts.
